LiftCon offers the industry’s leading technology for concrete raising and leveling projects. Our trained professionals can treat your sunken concrete with polyurethane foam injections. Lift and level concrete floors and exterior slabs, eliminate trip hazards, correct drainage along your foundation and stabilize weak soils. Our process is clean, reliable, long lasting and requires little down time.
Void Fills / Soil Stabilization
Lightweight polyurethane is injected under the slab filling voids and crevices, stabilizing weak soils and preventing further deterioration of the slab.
Joint / Crack Sealing
Joints and cracks are filled with a self leveling polyurethane sealant preventing water to wash out the soil under the slab and causing the concrete slab to collapse.
In cases where a concrete slab can not be lifted the concrete edge can be ground to remove trip hazards.
Liftcon’s state of the art method is perfect for raising stamped concrete. Because the polyurethane is injected as a liquid under high pressure, we can use fewer and smaller holes (5/8 inch, dime size). We use colorant in the cement to fill the holes in your stamped concrete which leaves them nearly invisible.
A polyurethane foam coating is applied to the exterior foundation creating a continuous moisture barrier. Our method is a perfect solution for preventing moisture and water from penetrating your homes foundation.
