Great Service and Quality

LiftCon offers industry leading high density polyurethane foam concrete lifting services. High density polyurethane foam is perfect for the following applications, and more.

Watch us Work

LiftCon shows you how we lift a concrete apron so it’s like new. Quicker and less expensive than replacing your sunken concrete.

Concrete Raising

Small 5/8″ dime size holes are strategically drilled into the concrete slab. Polyurethane is injected under the concrete creating a high density poly foam filling voids and raising it to the correct level. After the injection is completed, the hole is filled with cement making it nearly invisible. The slab is ready for use immediately. Most repairs take just a few hours! In short the work is completed quickly and with minimal disruption.

Void Fills / Soil Stabilization

Joint / Crack Sealing

Joints and cracks are filled with a self leveling polyurethane sealant preventing water to wash out the soil under the slab and causing the concrete slab to collapse.

Concrete Grinding

In cases where a concrete slab can not be lifted the concrete edge can be ground to remove trip hazards.

Stamped Concrete

Liftcon’s state of the art method is perfect for raising stamped concrete. Because the polyurethane is injected as a liquid under high pressure, we can use fewer and smaller holes (5/8 inch, dime size).  We use colorant in the cement to fill the holes in your stamped  concrete which leaves them nearly invisible.

Basement Waterproofing

A polyurethane foam coating is applied to the exterior foundation creating a continuous moisture barrier. Our method is a perfect solution for preventing moisture and water from penetrating your homes foundation.
